Refund policy

My goal is for you to be over-the-moon happy with your purchase, If you order custom stationery from me and when it arrives, you find it's not quite what you expected, please contact me and we can work together to decide whether it makes more sense to reprint your order or issue a refund.

I can't control the post office, but please do let me know if your package arrives late or damaged, and I'll do what I can to make it right.
